Our Founders

Mr. H B Jayarama

He has practical exposure of more than 20 years in the real estate business. In his earlier career he had served in BPL and he Started J.K PNEUMATIC from 1996 T0 2003and has dealt in Infrastructure development in past. Presently his core activity is to monitor day to day of development and construction work of the upcoming projects. He comes from strong background of Land development for past decades.

Mr. C Venkatesh

He began his career as a Lecturer in Physics, later moving into the co-operative banking sector in Bangalore, where he gained strong administrative and operational experience. He then joined M/s Concorde Builders and Developers as General Manager, serving for over 10 years. During this period, he played a key role in the completion of 12–14 residential projects across Karnataka, with expertise in land planning, statutory approvals, and project administration. He is known for his efficient leadership and strong administrative capabilities.

Yes. NRIs can purchase residential plots in India. You’ll need a valid passport, PAN, Indian address for communication (or local POA), and an NRE/NRO account for payments.

You can place a refundable/adjustable booking amount (per current price sheet) after verifying availability. Blocking timelines and terms are shared on the proforma.

Base land cost. Additional charges typically include registration & stamp duty, GST (if applicable), clubhouse/amenity charges (if any), BESCOM/BWSSB or equivalent utility deposits, and maintenance corpus. The exact breakup is shared before booking.

Yes. We support milestone-based payment schedules and assist with home-loan processing via leading banks/HFCs, subject to their credit norms.
